Our work helping companies become more sustainable began in 2013 following the creation of the Stages of Sustainability (Landrum, 2018). Since that time, we have been teaching the model to students and business executives and guiding them through the process of identifying their current stage of sustainability and brainstorming actions to advance to the next stage of sustainability.
